Our club was started in 1970 by some local photographers who wished to share what they had learned and improve their skills. That tradition has carried through to today and will continue well into the future.
We meet once a month, on the fourth Monday of every month at 7:30 P.M, in the Cole Camp Library. We try to have a guest speaker or a presenter on themes that reflect our desire to improve our photography.
We also have a peer judged photo competition based on monthly project themes which were selected at the beginning of the year. The members select the best photos in three categories.
We also sponsor a photo contest at the annual Cole Camp Fair, that is open to all photographers. Membership in the club is not required.
Our members range from new photographers to seasoned professionals, who are striving to improve our skills and the art of photography, and membership is open to anyone at any skill level.
Thank you, and keep shooting.
